Pastor Appreciation

  We want to thank the Olsens for their contributions to Cornerstone as our Associate Pastors. They contribute a great amount of work for our church. They teach Sure Foundation, service lead,and oversee various ministries. As a church family we appreciate what they do to make Cornerstone UPC what it is. Thank you Brother Olsen and Sister Olsen. 

Rev. Stephen Merritt 

Stephen Merritt is home from the German speaking nations of Western Europe. He arrived in the states October 5th. Over the next 6 months he will be endeavoring to raise his budget to return. He is raising Parteners in Missions(PIM) support and focusing on the project fund Encounter. In Memory of Rev. William Coffey Parkey (1931-2011)

     Rev. W. C. Parkey, father of our First Lady, Beth Dillon, passed on to his eternal reward on August 8, 2011. Rev. Parkey visited Cornerstone UPC on several occasions and blessed us with his singing, playing and preaching. He loved people and was genuinely interested in every person that he met. He was a wise elder from whom our pastor often sought counsel. He was a hero of the faith, a true Christian in every sense of the word. He will be greatly missed.
