The Youth Ministry at Cornerstone is called Flahpoint. Webster defines flashpoint as, "a point at which someone bursts suddenly into action." Flashpoint is about leading our young generation into action for God. Under the leadership of Zane and Sarah Wells, our youth are instructed to become action people. Both are alumni of Gateway College of Evangelism. Zane Wells is originally from Vincent, Alabama. He attended Gateway College of Evangelism then relocated to Winchester, VA. Sarah Wells is originally from Destin, Florida. They are a wonderful addition to Cornerstone UPC. Youth services are held every Friday night at 7 p.m , with a variety of youth events held throughout the year. Flashpoint Youth participates in the yearly district events such as Youth Convention, Youth Camps and rallies, as well as events held on the national level such as National Youth Congress.
