Jeff Dillon is a graduate of Liberty Baptist College with a Pastoral Studies degree and a Greek minor. He has been a licensed minister of the United Pentecostal Church International since 1986.  He traveled as an evangelist, served as an assistant pastor, and pastored for 7 years in Richmond, VA before coming to Winchester, VA to assume the pastorate of Cornerstone United Pentecostal Church.  He and his wife, Beth, were married in 1988.  She is a graduate of Southeast Missouri State University with a Journalism degree and a music minor.  They have one daughter, Kayla.

Rev. Dave Olsen is a licensed minister of the United Pentecostal Church International. He and his wife, Angela, have faithfully served the kingdom of God at various churches for many years. They have labored at Cornerstone since 2001. Before assuming the Associate Pastor position, they served as the Children's Ministries Directors.  Under their tenure the annual Vacation Bible School became a significant community event and has continued to increase in attendance each year. In addition to serving in the associate pastor role, the Olsens successfully minister to the new members of Cornerstone through the Sure Foundation class each Sunday. They have two children, Isaac and Rachel.

  Rev. Gilbert Guel is a licensed minister of United Pentecostal Church International. Rev. Guel, and his wife, Cintia, resided in Woodbridge, VA before relocating to the Winchester area in 2008. They are bilingual in Spanish and English and possess a tremendous desire to win souls for the kingdom of God. The Guels are frequently invited to speak and minister to Hispanic congregations in the area. Rev. Guel presently serves as the Assistant Pastor at Cornerstone.  He is also the Kingdom Builders Men's Ministry Director and is committed to leading the men of Cornerstone to spiritual growth in every area. The Guels have three children, Gilbert III, Natalie, and Kayla.
