What visitors usually notice first about Cornerstone is the friendliness of our church congregation. We are sincerely grateful for each guest and want each person to quickly feel accepted and at home. We also strive to create an atmosphere of worship for God’s tender presence to touch your life. And last but not least, it is our desire that you be encouraged and uplifted by the Biblical truths taught and preached from the Word of God.
Our Worship
We are passionate about expressing our gratitude and thanks to God by spontaneous praise and worship. This may include hand-clapping, lifted hands, standing, and vocal expressions of prayer and praise as well as other more exhuberant forms of worship. However, there is no pressure for anyone to worship in a certain way. Each person is encouraged to participate in whatever way he or she is comfortable.
Our Sunday Services
The church family meets for prayer at 9 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. on Sundays to help us prepare our hearts for the worship services. Guests are always welcome to join us. Our Sunday morning worship service begins at 10 a.m. Sunday school classes are available for children up to the age of 18. A nursery is provided for babies up to the age of 2. Our Sunday evening worship service begins at 6 p.m. The nursery is provided for this service as well.
Our Wednesday Service
Wednesday night Bible study begins at 7:30 p.m. Shekinah Kids (a prayer program for children ages 4-11) meets each Wednesday night during the Bible study service. Echo (a prayer program for teen girls) meets on the third Wednesday night of each month during service time.
